Nossos anfitriões gostam de receber os nossos hóspedes e dar informações sobre o lugar e coisas agradáveis ​​para fazer na cidade! REGRAS DA CASA 01. É uma regra do edifício que todos os hóspedes devem apresentar uma cópia do seu passaporte ou outro documento de identificação antes do check-in. Este documento deve ser enviado aos anfitriões alguns dias antes da data de check-in. Isto é necessário para registrar o nome das pessoas que estarão no apartamento e permitir o acesso ao prédio. Não é permitido ter outras pessoas no apartamento sem a sua presença ou depois que desocupá-lo. 02. O preço da diária é para até duas pessoas. A partir do 3º hóspede cobramos uma taxa extra por hóspede/noite. 03. Se você tem um visitante, você é responsável por ele. Não é permitido circulação de pessoas com trajes desapropriados no corredor e na portaria do prédio. Quando houver reclamação de um morador, ou o porteiro ver alguma atitude errada, o síndico do edifício pode aplicar uma advertência ou uma multa e o valor será cobrado do hóspede. Caso haja reincidência, o hóspede deverá deixar o apartamento sem qualquer tipo de reembolso. 04. Criança acima de 5 anos, conta como uma pessoa. Mais de uma criança menor de 5 anos também contam como uma pessoa. 05. É expressamente proibido visitantes menores de idade no apartamento, a não ser que acompanhada de seus responsáveis legais. No Brasil isso é crime e você é o responsável por isso. Não poderemos fazer nada caso inflijam a Lei. 06. O apartamento situa-se em edifício residencial. Não é permitido fazer barulho no apartamento que possa incomodar os vizinhos. (Lei do Silêncio - 22:00 Hs) 07. Não é permitido pendurar roupas, toalhas ou qualquer outro item na janela do apartamento, isto é uma regra do condomínio. 08. Após o horário de check out da data de saída contratada, nossos hosts ficam desde já autorizado a entrar no apartamento. 09. DROGAS ilegais não são permitidas no apartamento, e é outro caso que você pode ser responsabilizado criminalmente. 10. Sempre apagar as luzes e desligar os equipamentos elétricos antes de sair de casa (ar condicionado, ventiladores e televisão...) 11. Não é permitido animais de estimação no apartamento. 12. Horário de Check in: 14:00 hs / Horário de Check out: 11:00 hs 13. Neste momento o Brasil possui diversas restrições relacionadas a pandemia. Não é permitido circular no prédio sem máscaras, assim como em outros locais. Quando houver reclamação de um morador, ou o porteiro sobre o uso de máscara, o síndico do edifício pode aplicar uma advertência ou uma multa e o valor será cobrado do hóspede. Caso haja reincidência, o hóspede deverá deixar o apartamento sem qualquer tipo de reembolso. 14. When there is a complaint from a resident, or the concierge sees something wrong, the building manager can apply a warning or a fine and the amount will be charged to the guest. In case of recurrence, the guest must leave the apartment without any refund. 04. Child over 5 years old counts as one person. More than one child under the age of 5 also counts as a person. 05. Underage visitors are expressly prohibited in the apartment, unless accompanied by their legal guardians. In Brazil this is a crime and you are responsible for it. We cannot do anything if they infringe the Law. 06. The apartment is located in a residential building. It is not allowed to make noise in the apartment that could disturb the neighbors. (Law of Silence - 10:00 pm) 07. It is not allowed to hang clothes, towels or any other item on the apartment window, this is a condominium policy. 08. After check-out time on the agreed departure date, our hosts are already authorized to enter the apartment. 09. Illegal DRUGS are not allowed in the apartment, and it is another case that you can be held criminally responsible. 10. Always turn off the lights and turn off electrical equipment before leaving the house (air conditioning, fans and television...) 11. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. 12.
