Located between Copacabana and Ipanema, two super famous and prestigious neighborhoods in Brazil and in the world. The location is excellent, close to the beach and very close to the General Osório subway station.
The apartment is located close to the General Osório subway station, but to avoid crowds, we recommend Uber as the best way to get around the city.

THE HOSTING Our Hosts like to welcome our guests upon check in and give information about the place and nice things to do in the city! We also keep in touch for as long as the guest is staying, if you wish, to help where necessary. In order to offer a good stay, we must follow the House Rules. HOME RULES 1. It is a rule of the building that all guests must present a copy of their passport or other identification document prior to check-in. This document must be sent to the hosts a few days before the check-in date. This is required to register the names of the people who will be in the apartment and allow access to the building. It is not allowed to have other people in the apartment without your presence or after you leave it. 2. The daily price is for up to two people. From the 3rd guest we charge an extra fee per guest / night. 3. If you have a visitor, you are responsible for it. It is not allowed to circulate in inappropriate clothes in the corridor and at the entrance of the building. When there is a complaint from a resident, or the porter sees some wrong attitude, the building trustee may apply a warning or a fine and the amount will be charged to the guest. In the event of a recurrence, the guest must leave the apartment without any kind of refund. 4. Children over 5 years, count as one person. More than one child under 5 years also count as one person. 5. Minors are expressly prohibited in the apartment, unless accompanied by their legal guardians. In Brazil this is a crime and you are responsible for it. We can not do anything if they inflame the Law. 6. The apartment is located in a residential building. It is not allowed to make noise in the apartment that might bother the neighbors. (Law of Silence - 10:00 pm) 7. It is not allowed to hang clothes, towels or any other item in the apartment window, this is a rule of the condominium. 8. After the check out time of the contracted departure date, our hosts are already authorized to enter the apartment. 9. Illegal drugs are not allowed in the apartment, and it is another case that you may be criminally liable. 10. Always turn off the lights and turn off the electrical equipment before leaving the house (air conditioning, fans and television ...) 11. Pets are not allowed in the apartment. 12. Check in time: 2:00 pm / Check out time: 11:00 am
